Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit for any signs of damage or wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
